Dr. Kris draws upon her extensive skills developed internationally in business development, career management,
relationships and Life Enhancement. She is an experienced facilitator within the corporate environment. She accepted a commission as a Lieutenant in the United States Army Reserve. Her responsibilities included the training and development of the unit's professional staff, and after receiving several promotions still holds the rank of Major. Her assignments also included research in Molecular Biophysics at Yale University, Connecticut.
Dr. Kris is internationally qualified to assess individual and group Emotional Intelligence with personal development and coaching. She manages her own company Attitude Skills Knowledge International. As a Life and Career Coach, she helps people to focus, while increasing their confidence, self regard and self actualisation.

as they invest in the quality of their life.
A unique, new workshop for groups in the corporate environment develops team unity with changes of attitude. Delegates leave the workshop knowing and accepting they are responsible and accountable for their own actions. The game of blaming others stops. The delegates also have the awareness and the actions required, so South African companies can compete successfully in the International arena.
